Experience of talking and connecting:
It was really nice to have such a heartwarming ending session with my fellows. The experience of just letting everything out in a positive way was cherish able. Everyone shared one’s first impressions about the fellowship, fellows, and the facilitators. There was a farewell arranged by some of the very fellows and it went so smoothly. In the end, all of us wrote gratitude chits to our fellows. I got 5 chits with a lot of best wishes for my future. This day was made more special for me as I had an important announcement which was about a one week fully funded scholarship in Germany I got by the end of fellowship. After announcing this, I got many wishes from fellows as well as from my facilitators and it added to my happiness.
Takeaways from the fellowship:
I got a lot from this fellowship. Especially the professional skills: Resume making, Interview skills, and professional networks are worth it.
Future Implementation:
I plan to utilize the above-mentioned skills in my professional career and the confidence as well as communication skills I have improved will help me during my stay in Germany. After completing this fellowship, I feel much confident to communicate and interact with strangers easily.
Keeping in contact with the fellows:
I wish to keep in touch with my fellows through social media and with my circle mates by continuing our mega project idea and the good thing is that they are also willing for this. Because I think it is important, for the emotional uplifting to stay connected with the people, I have spent three months with. It helps in keeping memories and brings back the positive energy whenever thought of it.
